Solution:

In Evolve, APIs are not directly accessible. Instead, users must utilize the Evolve user interface to invoke these APIs.

However, there is one notable exception in Evolve known as “Settings-Key Authentication.” This feature allows customers to connect third-party tools such as PowerBI or Tableau to Evolve in order to retrieve data for creating custom dashboards. Users can obtain a new key by clicking the refresh button, which can then be used for making API calls. It’s important to note that this functionality has been removed in Evolve 20.2, and a new feature has been introduced to enable users to utilize third-party tools.
