Description:
Solution remains locked by a user in Evolve even after they have exited and closed the solution, causing other users to encounter a message indicating that the solution is locked by that user.

Cause:
It happens when a user is editing a solution and closed the evolve site. In that case, other users get a solution lock screen.
Solution:
To properly close the solution after making edits, follow these steps:
- After completing your changes or work, ensure that you switch to a different tab, such as the Solution tab, Forms tab, or any other solution tab.
- By tabbing out or clicking on another tab, you will end your session and release the lock on the solution, allowing other users to access it without encountering the “Solution is locked by user” message.
