When the customer attempted to perform a Test Connection on the SAP Connections page, they encountered the following error message: “The test connection was not successful. Details: whitespace in key Parameter name: connectionString.”

The reason behind this error is that the customer is using a complex password: “x7Yd’4`pnCq&t’E@UF.” The presence of special characters in the password is causing the error.

To resolve the issue, it is recommended to change the password to one without special characters. An improvement request has been raised for this issue with reference number WIN-44314.
