Solution:

If you are seeking this information from the database, we do not recommend making any changes to the database server. However, for information regarding table names, files starting from FR_FileBlob may contain such files in binary format.

If you are asking where to find these files on the Evolve site, users should receive copies of these Excel files via email. Additionally, on the website, you can check for them under “Solutions” and then navigate to “Transactions.”
