Instruction:

Please advise how we can add the user’s manager into an Evolve workflow. We would like to use the manager as an escalation point. The manager is available in the user profile but I am not sure what is needed to import this information into a solution.

One way to accomplish this is by including the manager’s name in the reference list and utilizing it within the solution based on the business requirements.

In case the user intends to add a webservice connection (from Azure or Active Directory), enabling the import of user profile parameters, this can be achieved by implementing an LDAP Query and combining it with the Query Element functionality.
