HI Support, IT changes proxy settings and I need to provide info about internet access requirements for Evolve servers. Can you please confirm if – internet access is needed? – url / proxy settings if the license activation or other out of the box service requires internet access on server level.

Solution:

Internet access is not necessary for SAML and Windows functionality. Only the synchronization of ROI to Connect will be affected.

This change does not hinder any other functionalities, and the license can still be activated in offline mode.

Regarding the synchronization of ROI to Connect, you can still view ROI from the server itself, but not from the Connect site.
