Description:

While adding the sap connection could not find the server type pre-prod in the drop down only able to find the non-prod and prod.

User is expecting to get the option to select the system name as per their SAP logon pad.

Works with Evolve 20x

Cause:

It is as per design (Default setting)

Solution:

When setting up the connection, you are provided with the choice to add either a Non-Production or Production system. In the ‘Description’ field, you can enter the names corresponding to your SAP logon pad.
