Switching Authentication Methods in Evolve: Uninstallation and Reinstallation Process Required
Regrettably, transitioning from SAML to Windows Authentication, or vice versa, is not a straightforward task. To make this switch, the entire Studio Manager/Evolve components need to be uninstalled and reinstalled. Additionally, the customer will have to add all users and assign licenses anew, reconfigure all apps, and ensure that all scripts are downloaded locally and republished once the reinstallation is completed. Please note that this process involves a comprehensive set of steps to successfully switch authentication methods in Evolve.
