Attempt to resolve the issue by adding a server entry in the host file located at C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc. Add the IP address followed by the server name and check if this resolves the problem.
Alternatively, try replacing the hostname with the IP address of the SAP server to see if it resolves the issue.
